Elizabeth Tregoning - Managing Director
With over nine years recruitment experience, domestically and Internationally, Elizabeth comes from a Senior Level support background working within Investment banking in the UK, before returning home to Australia where she started her recruitment career.
The founding member of Boutique, she is passionate about people and adding value to her candidate's careers and her client's employees.

A strong background in Banking and Finance, after working 7 years for an Investment Bank in London, she moved to Sydney Australia in January 2018 and has gained further experience in Global Equities, Private Wealth and Debt Market Securities.
Chloe is passionate about using her previous finance experience to place the perfect candidate into the perfect role to ensure fulfillment for both the client and the candidate.
