With over nine years recruitment experience, domestically and Internationally, Elizabeth comes from a Senior Level support background working within Investment banking in the UK, before returning home to Australia where she started her recruitment career.

The founding member of Boutique, she is passionate about people and adding value to her candidate's careers and her client's employees.

She loves: Food, travelling & her British Bulldogs; Monsta & Wiggles

Lennie Dowle - Principal Consultant

A senior recruitment specialist in the appointment of permanent and temporary business support professionals, with over 8 years’ experience assisting international practices to niche boutique firms across a range of industries.
